Medical Eye Services, founded in 1973, is Lake County's leading practice dedicated to
excellence in medical and surgical eye care.
We specialize in the treatment of pediatric, corneal,
uveitis, glaucoma, cataract
and retinal eye problems, as well as providing routine eye exams to
insure continued maintenance of good vision. Building on a
foundation of outstanding ophthalmologic care,
our
doctors are all certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology
and are active members in numerous professional organizations,
including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American
Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the American
Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
Our two offices in Gurnee and
Lake Forest provide a full range of services
including optical departments, contact lenses, ocular photography,
visual field testing, on-site lasers, minor surgery suite, and
